Foster City Amateur Radio Emergency Service

The primary objectives and purposes shall be:

1. to provide emergency communication for the communities of Foster City, San Mateo and Belmont, California, 
2. to recruit and train amateur radio operators, 
3. to instruct the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community,
4. to provide radio communications for public service events.
